Nick Ulrich
Nick Ulrich has been an integral part of NoaNet since 2016, when he joined the team as a GIS Technician, coming to NoaNet from a background in the GIS and Utility fields. During his time at NoaNet, Nick has worked across multiple departments and filled many different roles, from GIS to OSP Engineering, Fiber Design, and Project Management. His responsibilities include overseeing FTTx deployment, fiber splicing design and management, and planning for both dark and lit networks. In his role as Director of Network Development, Nick leads NoaNet’s fiber-to-the-premise (FTTP) and middle-mile connectivity initiatives, driving innovative solutions for broadband expansion to underserved communities across the PNW. Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography from Eastern Washington University, focusing on GIS and Environmental Sciences. In his free time outside of work, Nick enjoys traveling across the PNW with his wife and two children.
